I am having serious issues burning disk 2 of either Fedora or RH 9. I can
successfully burn 1 and 3, but not 2. Any ideas?

I don't think this is the right list to post your message, but check the
md5 of the files and match with the MD5SUM file in the iso directory to
see if you got the ISO's without any problem.

$ md5sum yarrow-i386-disc2.iso
fd23fe32fafe7557f5d1fa1d31100580 yarrow-i386-disc2.iso

$ md5sum shrike-i386-disc2.iso
6b8ba42f56b397d536826c78c9679c0a shrike-i386-disc2.iso

They are ok to burn here.

What would be the correct list? I thought this product was now 'community
supported'!

Fedora-devel is for discussion of development on/of Fedora Core. Just
fedora-list is for end users.

Daft question - but is your burner failing on diskc 2 or failing every
alternate disk it burns ?

I failed to check to checksum of the image. It was bad, as was my 9.0.
Thanks for the input. I will direct questions like this to fedora-list
group, but I am still confused, as if I plan to develop on this platform, I
need to install it it first, so I come to those with the most knowledge, but
it is done. Thanks again.

Did you verify the md5sum of disk 2?
