I wondered about this announcement. Until I noticed the date I thought either
FC2 had started or FC1 had gone "back" to testing.

I wondered about this announcement. Until I noticed the date I thought either
FC2 had started or FC1 had gone "back" to testing.
It was my fault. I hadn't cleared out the admin queue for a while and
accidentally approved the wrong message. Sorry about that.
